NETBALL
At Repton Prep, all girls have access to netball through their weekly Games lessons and extra-curricular activity programme. Netball is taught to all abilities from Pre-Prep through to Prep by highly experienced members of staff who currently hold Level 2 coaching and umpiring qualifications. Weekly lessons in the Lent term aim to develop the core skills and knowledge of the game, whilst the activity programme allows time to improve the gameplay.
Regular fixtures are organised from U9 to U13 level, as well as our own invitational netball tournament, which provides pupils with the opportunity to experience the tournament format in addition to playing a number of local schools and clubs.
Alongside the three outdoor courts and use of the Sports Hall at Repton Prep, pupils have access to Repton’s excellent netball facilities.
