FOR AGES 3-13
WELCOME TO REPTON PREP
At Repton Prep, learning is embedded and most of all fun. Using their formative years to discover talents, interests and values our balanced curriculum combines academia, sport, creative arts and extracurricular activities making a truly special educational setting.
A WARM WELCOME
FROM our HEAD
Here at Repton Prep we foster a positive culture of balance.
Each child is given the tools and support to develop a rounded character - not just in terms of interests, but emotionally, socially and in their sense of joy and wellbeing. Our children have the freedom to explore beyond the classroom and benefit from collaboration across a broad range of subjects.
Our beautiful 55-acre site gives children room to thrive. We invest in inspirational teachers who have everything they need to stoke the fire of each and every child’s enthusiasm; whether inside the classroom or den-building in our woodlands. From building an electric car in our GreenPower workshop to solving mysteries using forensic science, and from filling our grounds with the rich symphony of a full-sized orchestra to diving into our warm indoor pool, every pupil has the opportunity to develop and grow as an individual.
MRS VICKY HARDING
Head of Repton Prep
“The library will inspire, as will the theatre and the sports hall. The triple highlights, though, are the Charles Jennings music school (named after Handel’s librettist) and the exceptional art studio and DT centre. We especially liked the pencil portraits in the former, while the latter is the pit-stop for four electric racing cars. These compete on circuits such as Goodwood and Rockingham, the school holding the course record at Aintree, on the track – adjacent to the Grand National fences – that used to host the British Grand Prix.”

THE SENSE OF BALANCE
OUR five PILLARS
The sense of balance that every Reptonian – from the age of 3 to 18 - benefits from is shaped by our five pillars: Pastoral Care; Academia; Sport; Extra Curricular and our Spirit of Place. At Repton Prep, pupils achieve in the classroom because they never have to prioritise academic achievement over their love of theatre, their aptitude for sport or their passion for music. Our passionate and dedicated teaching and coaching staff are on-hand to provide pupils with guidance, support and expertise at any time.
